Vinification
The Syrah was vinified in new 300 liters Seguin-Moreau French oak barrels and then aged for 18 months.
Style
Aromas of blackberries and cherries accompanied by notes of laurel, thyme, rosemary, and a hint of pepper. Beautifully balanced structure, round wine with soft, velvety tannins, and a melted note of wood.
To be served with
Noémie rouge goes wonderfully well with meat dishes, fish, poultry dishes, and cheese. It can be kept for 5 to 8 years.
